Pre-Information Form

This form informs the Buyer before the agreement is made, as required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for orders paid in Türkiye through iyzico. Orders paid outside Türkiye go through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which shows its own checkout information.

2. Main features of the service

ByPilot is cloud business management software: customer records, bookings, a customer inbox, team and task workflows, content planning and an AI assistant. It is provided as an online right of use; nothing is shipped. The limits of each plan (users, connected accounts, credits, storage) are on the Pricing page.

3. Price

Prices for plans, add-ons and credit packs are shown before VAT; 20% VAT is added at checkout and the total is shown before you confirm. There are no delivery charges.

4. Payment and performance

• Payment is taken by card through iyzico.
• The service is available in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

5. Automatic renewal and cancellation

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to your stored card. You are told by email before each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings > Plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• If you do not allow your card to be stored, the subscription cannot renew automatically and you pay again at the end of the period.

6. Right of withdrawal

• If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the agreement, without giving a reason. Write to support@bypilot.ai; the amount is refunded within 14 days.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that start immediately with your consent, in particular credit packs (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Article 15).
• If you buy for business or professional purposes, there is no statutory right of withdrawal; the Refund Policy applies.
