ByPilot is a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars and euros. Taxes are calculated at checkout by Paddle, depending on your country.

Every plan includes customer records, bookings, the customer inbox, team and task workflows, content planning and the Pilot assistant. Plan limits (users, connected accounts, credits, storage) are shown in the table.
- Annual billing: 15% off with annual billing, the same in every country.
- Trial: A 7-day free trial, no card required: 4,000 credits (up to 1,500 a day), 2 users, 1 social account, 5 GB storage, 50 customer replies a day. If you do not choose a plan when the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only; your data is not deleted.
- Credits: Pilot requests, customer assistant replies and image, voice and video generation use credits. There is no separate limit on AI videos; each video uses credits. Plan credits reset every month and do not roll over.

Credit packs are available immediately and expire at the end of the calendar month in which they are bought; unused credits do not roll over. They are non-refundable (see the Refund Policy).
Payment and renewal
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, taxes and invoices.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can turn off renewal at any time in Settings > Plan; the subscription stays active until the end of the period.
- We charge one global price: the Turkish lira, US dollar and euro prices are the same amount.
- Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. Annual plans keep their price until the end of the paid period.
