ByPilot is cloud business management software for small and medium service businesses. Customer records, bookings, customer messages, team and task workflows, content planning and publishing to the business's own social accounts come together in one workspace. The AI assistant (Pilot) drafts text and images, summarises records and suggests next steps. The business approves every post and every message.

ByPilot is sold as a monthly or annual subscription, with optional add-ons and usage (credit) packs. The subscription does not include physical goods, consulting or setup. Custom software work is offered separately under a written quote and contract; it is never paid for through this website.
